bzyy support

bzyy helps children follow their routines and keep track of one-off tasks, with parents setting things up and keeping an eye on progress.

Getting started

1. On an iPad or iPhone signed in to iCloud, open bzyy and create your family with your name and a four-digit parent PIN.
2. Add your children, then add routines with their steps and assign them.
3. Invite the other parent, and any child who has their own Apple Account, from Family in parent mode. Each person accepts the invitation once.
4. On each child’s iPad, a parent enters their PIN and chooses which children use it.

Parents can also use bzyy on the web at bzyy.com/app, after signing in with their Apple Account.

Forgotten PIN

Either parent can set a new PIN for the other in Family, in parent mode.

If no parent remembers their PIN, tap Forgot PIN on the PIN screen and email the request code it shows to hi@bzyy.com. We reply with a reset code that lets a parent choose a new PIN. Each code works once.
